Founder Fabian Maldonado started TechConnect about four years ago
after recognizing the need for skilled freelance IT persons in and
around the Rochester,NY area. He knows it is critical to stay current
in this industry to provide the best client service.
Mr.Maldonado began his career in IT as a HelpDesk support
technician, troubleshooting and solving personal computer issues. He
was able to move up the ladder quickly into a position as Network
Administrator, providing network and server service to a company that
has over 400 users on its server. Now in that same role he has
expanded his reach to include multiple small and mid-sized businesses
thoughout the area.
Mr. Maldonado has ten years of experience in IT, computer software
and hardware support and repair, and Network and Systems Administration
and Support. Constantly learning and training are essential parts of
TechConnect and Mr. Maldonado’s work ethic.
